Your mission as a Founding HubSpot RevOps Specialist

As our Founding HubSpot RevOps Specialist, you’ll take full ownership of the tools, data, and processes that fuel our operational teams. You’ll work across marketing, sales, and service, ensuring we operate as one well-oiled machine. You won’t just run processes, you’ll design them. From pipeline visibility to lifecycle automation, you’ll be the architect behind a system that scales with us.

What can you expect?

  • Hubspot expert: You manage and optimize our entire HubSpot environment. From workflows and custom properties to reporting, integrations and data syncs.

  • Data architect: You build clear reporting structures and dashboards that track conversion, retention, and ROI.

  • Automation strategist: You create smart lifecycle automations to streamline how contacts, leads, deals, listings and tickets move through the system.

  • Collaboration booster: You streamline handoffs and alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success.

  • Integration hero: You ensure HubSpot connects seamlessly with tools like Slack, Aircall, Stripe, and beyond.

  • Quality controller: You uphold data integrity, conduct audits, and support internal enablement.

Which superpowers should you bring?

  • Experience: 2–5 years in a HubSpot admin or RevOps role.

  • Analytical mindset: You translate data into clear, actionable insights and dashboards that empower smarter decision-making.

  • Funnel fluency: You have a proven track record of building scalable systems by deeply understanding each stage of the customer journey and knowing exactly how to support them with the right tools and processes.

  • Hands-on attitude: You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Strong communicator: You turn complex ideas into simple, understandable solutions that bring teams together, whether in Dutch or English.

  • Founder mentality: You take initiative, work independently, and feel comfortable making decisions in an environment where you’re the first in the role.

  • Bonus: Experience with integrating Hubspot in a product-lead or subscription-based Business is a plus.

Job Requirements:

To be considered for the Founding Hubspot RevOps Specialist role at HUSWELL BV in the Operations department, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Proven experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms

  • Demonstrated expertise in Revenue Operations (RevOps) methodologies

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Understanding of sales and marketing processes to optimize revenue generation
